meet the founders

Two brothers. One question.
One farm.

FarmSay was founded by Ansh Madhok and Uchit Madhok.

After years in corporate careers, they found themselves asking a simple question:

Why is it so difficult to know where our food comes from?

The search for that answer led them to hydroponics — and eventually to building the farm they wished existed.
Local. Transparent. Accountable.

Corporate environments. Structured systems. Every decision was measured, every process was built to perform.

Then Ansh looked at food — the one system he depended on every day — and found none of that.

Nobody could tell him where it came from. How it was grown. Or how long it had been travelling.

So he built a farm that could.

"I built FarmSay because I wanted a farmer I could trust. The only way to have one was to become one."

Today, Ansh runs the farm. He oversees day-to-day growing, works directly with customers, and leads farm visits. He spends his time on the ground — harvesting, troubleshooting, and building something he's proud to put his name on.

Numbers. Systems. Work that keeps everything moving.

For Uchit, building a business was never just about having a great product. It was about creating a strong foundation — one where every process, approval, and decision worked as seamlessly as the farm itself.

“I’ve always believed that if the foundation is strong, everything built on it has the chance to grow.”

Today, Uchit oversees FarmSay’s business operations, building the systems and structure that keep the company running smoothly and creating the foundation for everything that comes next.

You have a go-to doctor.
A mechanic you trust.
Brands you come back to.

Yet for food — the thing
your body runs on
every day — most of us have
no relationship at all.

You don't know who grew it.
How it was grown.

Or how long it took to reach you.

FarmSay was built to be the farmer people could trust, visit, follow, and call.

Real people. Real food.
Visible at every step.
